Quilters Unlimited Show this weekend...

Hope everyone is enjoying this lovely 90+ weather. Ha! 

Amy sent me a reminder that this weekend is the QU Show out at the Dulles Expo Center.  If you have been and have any advice, please leave a comment. I know the show tends to be a bit more traditional than what some of us are used to--a list of vendors is here.  I think that as a guild, it would be fun to enter quilts in the show next year. You never know what might happen!

Learn something new – or share your talents! Join us for hands-on demonstrations of sewing and quilting by hand: piecing, applique, English paper piecing, quilting, and block layouts, all without your machine. You can also check out wall displays of the different steps in putting a quilt together and catch some video about some of the quilts from the Smithsonian National Quilt Collection.
